Tickets Bahamas Affiliate Program Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your participation in the Affiliate Program (“Program”) offered by Tickets Bahamas (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying for and participating in the Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to participate in the Program.
- Only individuals, groups, or companies with an established online presence are eligible to apply.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any application for the Program at our sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Approval Process
- Applicants must submit a complete application through our affiliate portal.
- Once approved, affiliates will receive a unique referral code or link that tracks all sales generated from their promotional efforts.
- Approval into the Program does not constitute exclusivity, and Tickets Bahamas may work with other affiliates.
3. Commission Structure
- Commission Rate: Affiliates will receive a [X]% commission on qualifying sales of event tickets made through their referral link.
- Payouts: Commission payments are made [monthly/quarterly] via [method, e.g., PayPal, bank transfer], with a minimum payout threshold of [$X].
- Cookie Duration: Cookies tracking affiliate referrals will remain active for [X] days.
- Refunds, chargebacks, or canceled transactions will result in a reversal of the associated commission.
4. Promotional Guidelines
- Affiliates are encouraged to use any promotional materials provided by Tickets Bahamas. Any modifications to materials must be pre-approved by the Company.
- Affiliates must not engage in misleading or deceptive marketing tactics. This includes:
- False claims about event details.
- Misrepresentation of Tickets Bahamas.
- Unsolicited email (spam) campaigns.
- Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on keywords related to “Tickets Bahamas” or using any domain names that contain “Tickets Bahamas” in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates agree not to:
- Engage in illegal activities or promote inappropriate content (such as adult content, gambling, or violence).
- Use our trademarks, logos, or branding in any way that misleads consumers or damages our reputation.
- Employ any misleading, fraudulent, or unethical practices, such as cookie stuffing or cloaking.
6. Termination
- Tickets Bahamas reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.
- Affiliates can terminate their participation by providing written notice.
- Upon termination, any unpaid commissions above the payout threshold will be disbursed in the next payment cycle, provided they are not subject to a refund or chargeback.
7. Relationship
- Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between you and Tickets Bahamas.
- You will operate as an independent contractor and are solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes related to your affiliate earnings.
8. Modifications to Terms
- Tickets Bahamas reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through our affiliate dashboard.
- Continued participation in the Program after any modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Tickets Bahamas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with the Program.
10. Governing Law
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Bahamas, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Bahamas.
